brand new blackberry 9360 will accept near offer .

this phone is brand new in box and sent to me by my insurance company as a replacement but i bought a htc in the meantime.comes with headset,charger,data wire and box.i think it is locked to three but could be unlocked?i should have it by thursday ready for pick up after then :)no silly offers
